color crush: sweet potato & toasted marshmallow

the past few weeks have been overwhelming...

so many end-of-semester papers, projects & presentations...

and i'm still dealing with a lot of the emotions related to the stuff going on at penn state.

but this week i'm definitely thankful for my family & friends

...and very thankful a few days off to spend with them!

so this week's color crush is all about thanksgiving and inspired by one of my favorite dishes

...sweet potatoes w/ marshmallows :)

this week's color crush is inspired by my weekend trip...

i met up with a friend at the hotel hershey spa!

it was a perfect mini vacation...

much needed girl talk.

snowtober

i spent at few days up at the mountain last weekend. i actually missed the 4 inches of snow that we got here at penn state [how crazy was that october snow storm?!]

even though we didn't get any pretty white flakes on the ground, the mountain did have snow on it - which means ski season is right around the corner! aaand, i got new skis! so i can't wait to try them out :) just a few more weeks to go...
