this summer i ventured to the pacific northwest for the first time! i had a conference in vancouver and spent as much time as i could taking in all of the beautiful views and friendly people.
gastown was one of my favorite places in the city with its cobblestone streets, delicious restaurants, and artisan shops. the most beautiful time in gastown was at night when the twinkling tree lights and vintage lamps lit up the streets with a magical glow...
...and on the hour, the steam clock would go off covering the streets in a pretty, hazy mist...
i hope to get back to those cobblestone streets sometime soon...
